IMprove IMpulse // interaction design
IMprove IMpulse is an exploration of how to make the shopping experience at Isabel Marant more personal using data. The solution resulted in an additional feature in "IMpulse," a tool employees use to track the customers purchases. I designed a new user interface where the employee easily can add information about the customer. Using retail beacon technology - small radio transmitters that activate digital services in the physical space by notifying nearby Bluetooth-enabled devices - the employee automatically receives a notification about who enters the store and are therefore able to provide a more personalized service.
